All orders require up to 7 business days for processing before being dispatched with your chosen shipping method.

  • Saver Tracked (4-10 working days): £3.90

  • Standard Tracked (2–5 working days): £4.90

Europe

  • Tracked (10–21 working days): £9

Rest of the World

  • Tracked (10–21 working days): £10

International Orders

International shipments may encounter customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or additional fees, depending on the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and may affect delivery times.

Delays caused by customs, postal services, or external factors are outside of our control, and we appreciate your understanding should your order take longer than the estimated timeframe.

Customs Fees & Returned Parcel Policy

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees set by the destination country’s customs authority. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

If customs fees are refused, denied, or not paid by the customer, the parcel will be returned to us by the delivery company.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstances. These costs are non-recoverable as the parcel has already been shipped and this outcome results from the customer’s decision to decline the fees.

  • Once the parcel is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the item cost only, provided the items arrive back in their original condition.

By placing an international order, you accept responsibility for all customs-related charges required by your country.
