Refund & Returns Policy
All of our jewellery is crafted from genuine 925 Sterling Silver with Rhodium Plating (hallmark stamped) or high-quality stainless steel.
Please note: oxidation of 925 Sterling Silver is normal and may cause temporary darkening or dullness from exposure to sulfur in the air. This can be easily resolved by following our cleaning instructions, using the polishing cloth provided and storing properly.
Refunds & Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, you will need to return your order for a refund and place a new purchase at your convenience.
We accept refund requests within 14 days of receiving your item.
Customers are fully responsible for the cost and method of return shipping.
Once returned and approved, refunds are processed within 2–3 business days. Please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to appear in your original payment method.
To qualify for a refund, your item must be:

Unworn and unused

In the same condition as received

In its original packaging, with any tags included

Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
How to Request a Refund
Please email us at info@theshannoncollection.co.uk to start a return.
Once your request is approved, we will send you a confirmation email along with the return address and instructions.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, as we still incur costs to dispatch your original order.
Custom & Personalised Items
Custom and personalised items cannot be returned for a refund, as they are made specifically to your chosen design. This includes:

Name necklaces

Personalised bracelets or bangles
-
Engraved pieces
-
Any made-to-order jewellery
These pieces may be returned for store credit only, unless the mistake is due to an error on our behalf.
If a manufacturing or engraving error occurs on our side, we will provide a prepaid return label and offer either a full refund or a replacement.
Please ensure all personalised details are correct when placing your order, as we cannot make changes once production has begun and your order has been dispatched.
Earrings & Body Jewellery
In accordance with UK hygiene and health regulations, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any earrings or body piercing jewellery, regardless of whether they have been worn.
If your earrings or body piercings arrive faulty or damaged, we will happily send a replacement.
Clearance Sale Items
All clearance and sale items are final sale.
No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not fit for purpose, please contact us within 28 days of receiving the goods. We will arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is assessed.
Address Issues
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel does not arrive:

We are not liable and cannot offer a refund until the parcel is returned to us by the courier.

Once the parcel is returned, we will refund the item cost only.

If you would like the parcel resent, you will be required to pay for shipping again.
